Shipping & Delivery Policy – Vibe ON Creatives

At Vibe ON, all our products are digital products, and therefore no physical items are shipped.

1. Digital Delivery 
Once your order is confirmed and the design is completed, your wedding e-invite will be delivered digitally via whatsapp/ email address you provide at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Time
Once the payment is successfully completed and all required details are received, we will start working on your design. The invitation will be delivered within 24 working hours.

3. Correct contact Info
Customers are requested to provide the correct email address/ WhatsApp number while placing the order to ensure smooth delivery.

4. File Format
Your final invitation will be delivered in a high-quality digital format suitable for sharing on WhatsApp, social media, or email.

5. Support
If you do not receive your file within the promised timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
